Reposting from a previous Facebook post: Most of the examples that we have shared so far are bikes and riders that would be classified in the "Adventure Motorcycle" category, which is where most of the excitement about SilverFox Controllers comes from...but...there are others!
There are some challenges with mounting the SilverFox Controllers on a Harley Davidson, but there challenges can be overcome. The diameter of the Harley Davidson handlebar pipes, in some cases, is larger than those of the standard adventure bike handlebar. To support this SilverFox does have controller clamp rings available to properly grip the wider handlebar. So if this is needed, just let us know.
In this case, the Harley Davidson rider also faced the challenge of the shape and position of the fuel tank. But, he was not deterred! The C1 navigation controller was mounted in a bit of an unusual way to avoid hitting the tank when turning the handlebars fully to the left. This changes the orientation of the C1 joysticks, but still operational with the thumb while riding. This modified position also ensures good access to the original handlebar mounted controls, with no problems!
Now select that motorcycle navigation application that supports that rides that you are looking for, and you're ready to go!
See you on the roads!
