The SilverFox InControl (Beta1.0.0) is going to be released soon!
The SilverFox team is working to anticipate some of the questions about setting up and using InControl in a variety of situations, and utilization with DMD is going to be one of those.
The linked video goes through the button mapping process with the SilverFox C2 motorcycle navigation controller buttons with the DMD2 navigation software.
***NOTE: In the video C2 firmware is version number C2_1.0 with the InControl Beta_1.0.0 (other controller firmware versions should be: C1_2.0 or H1plus_2.0).
***If you are using an older version of the SilverFox firmware with DMD2 the SilverFox controller must be set in Function 1 instead of Function 2.
I am struggling with setting up an H1 with DMD2. As the H1 does not have any LED lights, I would like a simple way of identifying whether I have selected F1 or F2. Also it is hard to know where to address questions on the button setup, either to Silver Fox or to DMD2. As I use the system on the road only (old age), I mostly use the map screen and would like to be able to use my H1 to access the GP and search buttons at the top of the map and all subsequent sub screens and dialogs.
