Are you experiencing strange button responses? Or maybe no button responses at all?

Here is, in our troubleshooting experience, the most likely cause for the strange button responses.

In most cases, the strange responses from the button commands is coming while using the cable connection to the DMD tablet. If you are using the cable connection and experiencing strange button behavior, or complete button malfunction, then disabling the cable connection, cycling the power, and using the Bluetooth connection could be the solution.
